Solution:
HeRise Growth Center aims to address a long-standing issue by offering customized support services that empower returning citizens to receive the care and assistance they deserve. Our program will accommodate six male returning citizens for a duration of 12 months, during which they will benefit from a comprehensive range of services designed to facilitate a successful reintegration into society.

How We Plan to Tackle This:
Comprehensive Assessment: Upon entry, each participant will undergo a thorough evaluation to identify their specific needs, goals, and challenges in areas such as employment, education, mental health, and financial literacy.

Individualized Support Plans: Based on the assessment, each participant will be assigned a case manager who will develop a tailored support plan, addressing their unique circumstances and aspirations.

Skill Development Workshops: Participants will engage in workshops focused on essential life skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, financial literacy, and career readiness, to equip them with the tools necessary for success.

Mental Health and Wellness Support: Access to mental health services will be a priority, including counseling and wellness programs, to help participants manage challenges and build resilience.

Career and Business Development: We will provide resources for job placement, resume building, interview preparation, and entrepreneurship training for those interested in starting their own businesses.

Community Engagement: Participants will be encouraged to engage with the local community through volunteer opportunities and networking events, fostering connections and promoting a sense of belonging.

Ongoing Monitoring and Support: Regular check-ins and progress assessments will ensure that participants stay on track with their goals and receive the necessary support throughout their journey.

Transition Planning: As they near the end of the program, participants will work on a transition plan that outlines their next steps, ensuring they have a solid foundation for continued success after leaving the program.

Program:
At the time of entering the program, each client will undergo a comprehensive evaluation assessing their basic skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, credit awareness, financial literacy, mental health, and career or business goals. Following this evaluation, clients will be assigned a dedicated case manager who will help develop a personalized support plan.

The program is designed to provide targeted support across all identified areas, enhancing clients' knowledge, awareness, and skills necessary for achieving a successful and fulfilling life. By the end of the program, clients will have completed their support plans, gaining valuable assistance in exploring career options or navigating the registration and compliance processes for their businesses.
