š„ Why This Event Matters
Reentry into society after incarceration is one of the most complex and misunderstood transitions an individual can experience. Too often, returning citizens face barriers that hinder their ability to rebuild, reconnect, and thrive.
At HeRise Growth Center, we believe in creating spaces where those impacted by incarceration can share their truth, challenge stereotypes, and influence change. Conversation Beyond BarsĀ is more than a discussion ā itās a bridge between community members, justice reform advocates, and those who have lived the experience of incarceration firsthand.
